We've partnered with Capitol Hill's own Kathy Pugh, the DC Road Runners, and Summit To Soul to bring a 10K training program to Classic runners in 2017. The program is free with a DCRRC membership; runners will receive a training plan, coached pace-group Saturday runs, access to coaches, and regular emails with training details and tips for better performance. (And that's on top of DCRRC's free timed races, monthly happy hours, and discounts at running-related businesses throughout the DMV.) Details are over at the DCRRC website!
